A tenant-isolated SaaS that lets a café run its own menu without calling anyone.

Drag-to-reorder editing, categories, image upload with optimization, featured and expandable items, brand-color theming per tenant, feature toggles per tenant, static export for speed, and a super-admin panel showing the health of every tenant at once. A weekly digest email goes out to each café. It started as one restaurant's menu and was rebuilt into a product; the first customer paid for it.

Two installable apps on one backend: a punch card for customers, a counter tool for staff.

Customers sign in with a typed email code or Google — a real auth account, not a phone number in a spreadsheet — and get a card per promotion, reward history, a referral flow that credits both people, an annual birthday cup, and subscription vouchers. Staff get member lookup, stamp issuing with double-stamp days, redemption, and NFC tap approval; super-admins configure the programs and the staff accounts. Numbered migrations, an Edge Function for admin provisioning, Playwright specs.

A direct client for Ethio Telecom's payment gateway, so an Ethiopian site can take money without paying an aggregator per transaction.

Every local option routes through a middleman that takes a cut of each sale. This talks to the Fabric gateway itself: RSA request signing, token lifecycle, and a diagnostic command that walks TLS, then token, then signature so a failing integration tells you which layer broke. A mock gateway mode runs the entire checkout end to end without live credentials, which matters in a market where credentials take months.

A manufacturing company's site rebuilt from roughly 45 PageSpeed to 100, on both desktop and mobile.

The part that keeps it fast is the tooling underneath: catalog validation, an image optimization stage, QR link generation, and a repository audit, all wired into one command that runs before anything is allowed to ship — so non-technical staff can add products without quietly undoing the performance work.

Order tracking for a commodities trading firm, currently running the customer's real orders.

Built to a single acceptance test agreed with the buyer: one order goes end to end through the system. Everything else was cut until that worked.

A custom coffee storefront theme, plus customer-account extensions with no backend behind them.

The theme is maintained against Shopify's release cadence rather than forked and abandoned. The account extensions use App Bridge and Direct API access to call the Admin API straight from the browser, which removes a server, a deployment, and a class of secrets from the picture entirely.
